“I have worked at Southwest since 2015. I started out as a receptionist, then in 2019 became the Assistant Office Manager then became the Hospital Manager in 2022. I love helping clients navigate the difficult journey of pet ownership, from puppy/ kitten vaccine appointments, to having to say goodbye to their beloved companions and everything in-between. I strive to be an advocate for those who cannot advocate for themselves. 

I grew up in a house full of animals. My family and I were always coming across critters (especially kittens needing to be bottle fed) in need of some help/ TLC then nursing them back to health and finding a loving home for them. We had several “foster fails” throughout the years. I currently have two dogs, Sage (in picture), and Willow (Lab/mastiff mix). I also have three cats Luna, Sunny and Marci. I adopted Sage, Sunny and Marci from Southwest throughout the years. My husband, Steven, and I have been together since 2014 and we brought our beautiful daughter, Camellia, into the world in 2021.” -Mariah
